Getting Started with Mailchimp & Co

With Mailchimp & Co, you’ll gain access to exclusive freelancer and agency tools in your Mailchimp account. You can view and manage your client accounts, earn certifications from the Mailchimp Academy, and more.

In this article, you’ll learn about the tools available through Mailchimp & Co.

Before you start

Here are some things you should know before you start.

• You must sign up for Mailchimp & Co to access these tools. If you haven’t done so already, join Mailchimp & Co today.
• If you already work with clients in Mailchimp, make sure you're logged into your own account before joining Mailchimp & Co.
• If you don't have an account that you use to manage clients, create a new account and join Mailchimp & Co.

Access the Mailchimp & Co dashboard

To access the Mailchimp & Co dashboard from your account, follow these steps.

1. Click the Mailchimp & Co icon.
   
2. Click Dashboard.
   

That’s it! From your dashboard you can access news about the program, other Mailchimp & Co features, and courses available exclusively to you.

View client accounts

When you connect to a Mailchimp client account, it will appear in your clients page. From here you can quickly access each account and request feedback on the job you’ve done.

Access Mailchimp Academy

Mailchimp & Co gives you access to our interactive courses and certifications. These courses are designed to help you learn how to use Mailchimp and grow your digital marketing skills.

About Mailchimp Academy

Edit your directory listing

Once you reach partner status, you’ll get a listing in our directory. Your company listing will attract new leads from Mailchimp customers in search of your services.

To create or edit your company’s listing, follow these steps.

1. Click the Mailchimp & Co icon.
   
2. Click Directory Editor.
   
3. Edit your listing.
4. When you’re done editing, click Submit For Review.
   

That’s all it takes! After you submit your new listing for review, we will approve and publish your edits, or contact you directly for any changes.

Add a client testimonial to your listing

After a client submits a testimonial, you can add them to your listing.

1. In your directory editor, click the Manage your testimonials tab.
   
2. Toggle the slider next to the testimonial(s) you want to add.
   

Well done! Your testimonial will immediately display on your listing.
