View and Manage Orders in Your Mailchimp Store

When a shopper makes a purchase in your Mailchimp store, you may need to review their order or update its shipping status. When you take the time to track and manage your orders, this keeps your information in Mailchimp up to date and lets your customers know their items are on the way.

In this article, you’ll learn how to view and manage orders in your Mailchimp store.

Before you start

• This process requires a Mailchimp store. To learn more, check out About Your Store in Mailchimp.
• Your account user level must be Manager or higher to complete store orders.
• At this time, shipping notifications aren't customizable and do not include a tracking number.

View your orders

After you start selling products in your Mailchimp store, a summary of your orders will appear on your website dashboard.

From here, you can click Manage orders to review all outstanding and completed orders for your store, or you can click a specific order to view its details. Each order will have a status of Pending or Shipped, depending whether you’ve sent their item and completed the order.

The order details include an order status, order number, the items in the order, a breakdown of tax and shipping costs, and the order total. You’ll also see the name of your customer along with their contact information, shipping address, what type of shipping they selected, billing address, and payment method.

Complete an order

After you've packed up the order and sent it to your customer, mark the order as shipped to complete it. This automatically sends your customer a shipping confirmation email, if enabled in your store settings.

To complete your customer's order and send them a shipping notification, follow these steps.

1. Click the Website icon.
   

2. Click Manage Orders.
   

3. Click the order you want to complete.
   

4. On the Order Details page, click the Mark Order As Shipped button.
   

5. Click Confirm to complete the order.
   

That’s it! After you confirm that you've shipped the order, you'll see a confirmation page. Click Next to return to the order details page for the order you completed.
