At Mailchimp we know our users trust us to maintain and protect information about their businesses. Last year, we published our first-ever Transparency Report to share how many requests we receive for information contained in user accounts and how often information is disclosed.
This year, we’re publishing information about requests for user account information received in 2019, as well as information about how we enforce our Terms of Use to restrict the publication of certain content that threatens individual and public health. We’ve also specified the countries from which requests for user account information came for both requests from government agencies as well as requests from private entities.
